This project is a follow-up study of the Financial Inclusion Study of Persons with Disabilities conducted in 2017, which was also financed by KOMPAK. The project includes a literature study on the implementation of financial service provision standards for persons with disabilities applied to financial institutions in various countries. The literature study was followed by the implementation of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving financial institutions, regulators, government, and organisations of persons with disabilities to capture ideas in order to develop financial service guidelines for persons with disabilities.
