Limited capital is one of the main obstacles faced by MSMEs to develop. In terms of national policies, the Government of Indonesia has issued various policies that encourage financing for MSMEs. Bappenas with the support of KOMPAK and DEFINIT in early 2020 has successfully conducted a study to see the gap in terms of demand and supply of financing, especially for Micro and Small Enterprises. The purpose of this activity is to provide inputs for the government of Indonesia to design a better financing scheme and empowerment policies for micro and small enterprises, leading to inclusive economic growth.
