This\u00a0 program\u00a0 is\u00a0 intended for\u00a0 job\u00a0 seekers, workers\u00a0 who\u00a0 have experienced job\u00a0 termination, and\/or\u00a0\u00a0 workers\u00a0 in\u00a0 need\u00a0 of\u00a0 skills\u00a0 improvement,\u00a0 including micro and small business owners.<\/p>\n<p>Prakerja\u00a0 has\u00a0 been serving\u00a0 a double\u00a0 mission\u00a0 as\u00a0 part\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 National\u00a0 Economic Recovery Program in response to the COVID-19 pandemic (semi-social assistance scheme) for three years.\u00a0 Due to\u00a0 the\u00a0 pandemic, Prakerja\u00a0 training\u00a0 under\u00a0 the\u00a0 semi-social\u00a0 assistance\u00a0 scheme was conducted online.\u00a0 In 2023, Prakerja\u00a0 has\u00a0 transitioned back\u00a0 to\u00a0 its\u00a0 normal\u00a0 scheme or original design, refocusing its goals as a skill development program to enhance the competencies of the Indonesian workforce. Under the normal scheme, Prakerja\u00a0 training is also\u00a0 conducted offline,\u00a0 in addition\u00a0 to online.\u00a0 From April 2020 to July 2023, more\u00a0 than\u00a0 17 million people have benefited from Prakerja.<\/p>\n<p>The study aims to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the perceptions\u00a0 and\u00a0 satisfaction\u00a0 of\u00a0 beneficiaries\u00a0 regarding\u00a0 the\u00a0 overall services of Prakerja\u00a0 Normal Scheme.<\/li>\n<li>Learn about the strengths and uniqueness of Prakerja\u00a0 business process based on the experience of beneficiaries (user journey)\u00a0 of Prakerja\u00a0 Normal Scheme.<\/li>\n<li>Provide constructive\u00a0\u00a0 policy\u00a0\u00a0 recommendations\u00a0\u00a0 to\u00a0\u00a0 the\u00a0\u00a0 government\u00a0 regarding\u00a0\u00a0 the implementation of Prakerja\u00a0 Normal Scheme going forward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The\u00a0 evaluation of\u00a0 Prakerja\u00a0 training\u00a0 in this\u00a0 study\u00a0 adapts the\u00a0 4-Level\u00a0 Training Evaluation Method,\u00a0 which includes Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. This method is applied to\u00a0 the\u00a0 user\u00a0 journey\u00a0 of Prakerja\u00a0 beneficiaries, starting from\u00a0 the\u00a0 registration process until the completion of the first training.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0 data\u00a0 analysis\u00a0 was conducted using a mixed-methods approach, which\u00a0 is a method that\u00a0 combines\u00a0 simple\u00a0 quantitative and qualitative analyses. The quantitative analysis\u00a0 in this\u00a0\u00a0 study\u00a0\u00a0 was\u00a0\u00a0 performed\u00a0 using\u00a0\u00a0 descriptive\u00a0 statistics,\u00a0 cluster\u00a0 analysis,\u00a0\u00a0 and\u00a0\u00a0 cross- tabulation to examine\u00a0 relationships between variables.
