Research Assistant

 

Research Assistants in DEFINIT are working in various of research, consulting, and training activities, such as conducting literature study, collecting and analyzing data, designing and conducting survey, and designing and preparing reports, presentations, and briefings. They are also involve in the publication activities, such as preparing training documentation, publications, outlooks, and bulletin. As Research Assistant in DEFINIT, you will be in touch with the latest development in the area of development, finance, and economics. You will be also assisting top-tier clients in solving their business and technical issues.

   
   

Administration and Finance Staff

 

Administration and Finance Staff are responsible for DEFINIT daily operation. Administration and Finance Staff are also in charge of all the business and office functions, such as human resource, marketing, accounting, and finance. Moreover, Administration and Finance Staff also ensure that the office supplies are available and necessary documents are distributed. Several of Administration and Finance Staff main tasks are:

  • Manage all accounting and book keeping activities.
  • Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the reports are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records.
  • Administer employee files and records.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial material support to management.
  • Assisting in the daily operational activities.

 

   
   

Information Technology (IT) Staff

 

IT Staff have an important role in DEFINIT activities. IT staff are involved not only in internal IT management system but also in production process (research, consulting, and training). Some of IT Staff main tasks are:

  • Identify and analyze client requirements and recommends appropriate applications or modifications.
  • Provide technical support and participate in the development of training materials and assist in conduction research, training and consulting.
  • Develop, install, maintain, and modify project application programs, or internal application programs
  • Investigate DEFINIT staff problems and needs, and determine possible solutions related to IT system.
  • Investigate, recommends and install new applications for Internal IT management system.
  • Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
  • Other duties as assigned.
